What is FOLD?
FOLD is a warm folded dessert café built around one signature product: the Fold.
Inspired by Somali malawah, each Fold is made to order, filled with cream, fruit, spreads, crunch, and drizzle, then folded into our signature shape.
Waffles and shakes support the hero product, but the Fold is the signature.
Coming soon to Bryn Mawr, Minneapolis.
